Returns Policy

We operate a "no-quibbles 14-day guarantee", which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 16 days from date of invoice. We will issue a replacement or s full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Damaged Goods

If the item is damaged on receipt please contact Derek Ware - Tel: 0845 241 2158 within 3 days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damages after this time. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If the item is damaged on return, and the damage is not reported, we will only be able to make a partial refund.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will also refund the delivery charges.

To return an item, please print out and use this returns form. Please pack the item securely, enclosing the completed form and send to the above address. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Right to Cancel

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition and our returns form must be enclosed.

We will reimburse you in full, or credit your account for future purchases, on receipt of the returned goods. You will, however, be responsible for our postage costs and the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
