You are more than welcome to attend and we will do all that is possible to help you. However it is not up to us to grant you a visa and so you will need to apply through the British Embassy in your country. We should advise you that it is difficult to get a visa for just our weekend and you will need to apply many weeks in advance to stand any chance of making a successful application. Please therefore note:

1. Before we can provide a letter of invitation we must have full payment for the type of accommodation desired by the person we are inviting to the convention.

2. When you have booked please e-mail us and let us know your details. We will then send a letter of invitation saying that you are attending the convention and that we will look after you for the weekend. We cannot invite you for longer than the weekend.

3. Please allow enough time for you to apply for your visa.

4. You must confirm that you are coming by 1 September 2011 as after that date no refund can be made.

5. If you cannot get a visa and let us know before 1 September 2011 we will return your money less the £30 non returnable deposit and any other charges we have incurred. Paying by Credit Card is the best way to pay if it is possible for you but we can only return the money to the account of the person who owns the credit card.

6. If you come you will be responsible to get to Kig's Park.

7. If you have questions please let us know and we will do all we can to make it possible for you to be with us at this weekend.
